Contrary to popular belief, I did not end up selling WPCustomization. Instead I let it take a long winder and sprint hiatus until I finished with school. Today I’ve launched V2 of the site with an amazing re-design by Matt Davey and myself. The rates are simplified and we’re immediately open for projects. Check it out!

I have decided to list WPCustomization on SitePoint. I feel that I can’t keep up with the workload that I get from this site and I need to spend more time on my studies and other web-related projects It sold for $2750 on SitePoint.com on January 14, 2008.

On behalf of Neue Creative, I’d like to introduce LeopardDocks.net. It’s a new site that provides custom Leopard dock backgrounds for people unhappy with Apple’s default “glass” style. We’re planning to roll out new features on the site very soon, but we wanted to get the site up as quickly as possible.

Seven months after the launch of my first blog at blogofdan.com, I asked Matt Davey, my partner at Neue Creative, to create a new identity for myself. He provided me with the brilliant idea of my silhouette, which, after some shape tweaks, is my new personal logo. I also requested a new blog layout with a clean and simple composition. One cold pizza and a Sunday afternoon later, I have a new blog. The tutorials I wrote on my old blog were moved to the new site along with their comments, and I have a few new ideas for tutorials I’ll be posting in the next few months.
